General Bipin Rawat was India’s first chief of defence staff, a position the government established in 2019. The 63-year-old was travelling with his wife and other senior officers in a Russian-made Mi-17 chopper, which crashed near its destination in the southern Tamil Nadu state. Fishermen rescued by Korean coast guard in fatal Chinese boat accident #shorts

Search teams with the Korean coast guard have pulled another fisherman from the sea after rescuing at least 12 others in a fatal fishing boat accident off the southwestern coast of South Korea. Fifteen men were working on the Chinese vessel when it capsized in rough seas, killing at least four fishermen. The South Korean coast guard is continuing the search on October 21, 2021, for at least two people who remain missing.
