Scuba diver dies in first fatal shark-attack in Sydney since 1963

Subscribe to our YouTube channel for free here: https://ift.tt/C4jXDWc Scuba diver Simon Nellist died in a shark attack in Little Bay, Sydney, on February 16, 2022, after suffering "catastrophic injuries”, according to police and ambulance services. It’s the first fatal shark attack in the city since 1963. Police said Little Bay has since been closed off. A day after the attack, several beaches in Sydney's south were also shut. Drum lines, which are used to bait sharks, have been installed across the area. Officials have also launched drones to try and find the shark.
