The aerial dining experience suspends customers at a height of up to 50 metres using a crane, depending on weather conditions. Lasting for an hour, diners are strapped into their seats, while chefs and servers wear safety harnesses. The concept was developed by two Belgian entrepreneurs and has expanded to dozens of countries since 2006.
