One killed and 3 injured after hot-air balloon crashes at Chinese scenic spot

Video of the incident in the city of Leshan in Sichuan Province on January 22, 2023, shows the balloon with tourists hanging from harnesses below as it rose into the sky then images of the collapsed ballon falling. Local authorities are investigating the accident.
