Man who wrestled and disarmed California mass shooter hailed a hero

Tsay said he was unaware that just 20 minutes earlier, the 72-year-old gunman, identified as Huu Can Tran, had killed 11 people in another dance studio in the neighbouring city of Monterey Park. Tran later killed himself in Torrance. Law enforcement officials are still investigating the motive for the massacre.
