Suicide bomb blast kills 19 in Afghan capital

The mostly female students were preparing for exams when the attack took place. The Kaaj Higher Educational Centre is located in the Dasht-e-Barchi area, where the Hazara ethnic minority community predominantly lives. The group has been targeted in previous attacks.
