Parents refunded HK$33,000 for designer Teletubby after child accused of breaking it

The child’s parents, who accepted responsibility for the breakage, immediately paid the toy store HK$33,000 (US$4,200). Later, a video clip of the incident went viral and sparked debate over who was responsible. In response, KK Plus issued a full refund and an apology.
