Taliban rulers go hardline in Afghanistan ordering full implementation of sharia law

The group’s spokesman Zabihullah Mujahid wrote in a tweet on November 13, 2022, that judges have been asked to follow punishments prescribed by the Islamic legal code, including executions, stonings, floggings and amputations of limbs for crimes such as theft.
