K-pop group BTS to enter South Korea’s mandatory military service, to reunite 'around 2025'

The group's oldest member, Jin, will enter service later in 2022, followed by the remaining six band members. All able-bodied men in South Korea between the ages of 18-28 must serve in the military for around two years. Jin has been allowed to postpone conscription until he turns 30. Band members vowed to regroup in 2025 after completing their military service.
